Looking to establish a fun, social co-ed cycling group for our local
area. If you are interested or know someone who would be, please

am interested in organizing group rides for Sat early morning as well
as early morning rides (about 8:00 am) during the week. You should be
able to ride about 16-18 mph for 60-90 minutes..On the weekend I would
like to put in about 30-40 miles. You can join us and work up to the
longer rides if you like. Pls contact me with any questions you have.

We drive to San Andreas to pick up this food, bag it up, and hand it out on the first Thursday of the month. For those who can not get to the Armory for Commodity pick up, we deliver to them when they call us. If anyone needs food during the month, they usually call and we can put a bag together for them. This group meets at Sonora Regional Medical Center Conference Room #1 every 4th Monday from 2:00-3:30P.M. Next meeting will be September 24th one time only in conference room #4 What is Peripheral Neuropathy? Neuropathy results from damage to the peripheral nerves off the spine connecting to the skin, muscles, and internal organs.
The main purpose of the support group meetings are to share information and to encourage others. Some meeting feature helpful speakers and videos.
