Wednesday we have the senior lunch and bingo here at Black Creek Park. They start the bingo at around 10:00 am and lunch will follow around noon. It is open to all who want to come .For information call 785 2688

Looking to establish a fun, social co-ed cycling group for our local area.  If you are interested or know someone who would be, please contact Shelley Marenka Smail with "GetOnYourMARK" at 530-864-7891 or getonyourmark@gmail.com.  I am interested in organizing group rides for Sat early morning as well as early morning rides (about 8:00 am) during the week.  You should be able to ride about 16-18 mph for 60-90 minutes..On the weekend I would like to put in about 30-40 miles.  You can join us and work up to the longer rides if you like.  Pls contact me with any questions you have.  Looking forward to creating a great dynamic group!

Copper Food Bank

The Human Resource Council (HRC)  of San Andreas,  provides us with non perishables once a month.  We drive to San Andreas  to pick up this food,  bag it up, and hand it out on the first Thursday of the month.  For those who can not get to the Armory for Commodity pick up, we deliver to  them when they call us.  If anyone  needs  food  during the month,  they usually  call  and we can  put a bag together for them.   If  anyone  has any other questions  regarding our Commodities Program, Please Call ;  Charlene   785-1067


What is Peripheral Neuropathy?

This group meets at Sonora Regional Medical Center Conference Room #1 every 4th Monday from 2:00-3:30P.M.

Next meeting will be September 24th one time only in conference room #4

What is Peripheral Neuropathy? Neuropathy results from damage to the peripheral nerves off the spine connecting to the skin, muscles, and internal organs.

 

The main purpose of the support group meetings are to share information and to encourage others. Some meeting feature helpful speakers and videos.
